Tree of Remembrance Lakeview Hospice invites the public to remember a loved one, or honor someone living, by dedicating a star or a string of lights on the Tree of Remembrance. For a donation of $10 or more, a star is dedicated to a loved one; for $75 or more, a string of lights is dedicated. All proceeds benefit hospice patients and their families. Donation forms are available at Lakeview Hospital’s front desk, online, or at the Boutwells Landing reception area. Please turn in your forms by November 26, 2008.
Dedication ceremonies will be held on Thursday, December 4, 2008, at 2:30 PM and again at 6:30 PM at the Tree of Remembrance, located in the Boutwells Landing Town Hall (5600 Norwich Parkway, Oak Park Heights). There will be a light reception between the ceremonies. For more information, please call Lakeview Hospice at (651) 275-5731.
